What Rights Restore is
Rights Restore, from Desk Technologies, Inc., is software that helps you prepare an application. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Rights Restore prepares a packet for you to review. It does not file anything for you or send anything to the Department of Justice or any government portal.
No promises about results
No outcome is guaranteed. The Department of Justice decides each application at its discretion.
Rights Restore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Department of Justice or any government agency.
The screener shows what a rule says using the dates you enter. It is information, not a decision about you.
Your part
You agree to give true and complete information and to review everything before you file it. You are responsible for what you file.
Text messages
If you check the text box we may send waitlist and product texts to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of joining the waitlist. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Law firms
The firm edition is practice software used under an attorney's supervision. The firm, not the software provider, is responsible for legal advice and for every filing. Firms use it in their own practice and do not resell it. Firm terms are in a separate agreement [to be added].
Fees and refunds
Fees, refunds and billing terms are not final: [to be added]. The preview is free and uses test mode only.
Limits and changes
The preview is provided as is, without promises about availability. We may change these terms; the date at the top of the final version will show the latest. Governing law and disputes: [to be added].
