Keep your fee. Cut the paralegal hours behind every case.
The Rights Restore firm edition is practice software your firm licenses and uses under an attorney's supervision. It is the same engine as the consumer edition, set up for your firm.
What the firm edition does
- Collects client facts, documents, records requests and reference letters in one workspace for each client.
- Prepares an application packet and a field-by-field copy sheet for your team to review.
- Holds each packet until an attorney approves it. A paralegal prepares; an attorney signs off.
- Puts your firm name and logo on messages to clients and references.
- Keeps a record of who viewed or changed what.
- Drafts text, such as a personal statement, only from facts your team or client entered. Your team reviews every draft.
What it does not do
- It does not file anything. It never submits to the Department of Justice or any government portal. Your firm files.
- It does not give legal advice or decide whether a client is eligible.
- It does not promise any outcome.
- It is not for resale. Your firm uses it in your own practice. You do not resell or sublicense it.
- It does not replace attorney review.
Questions firms ask
Who is responsible for legal advice?
Your firm. Rights Restore is software only. Desk Technologies, Inc. does not give legal advice and is not your clients' lawyer.
Does it file the application for us?
No. It prepares the packet. Your attorney reviews it and your firm files it by hand.
Can we put our firm name on it?
Yes, on messages to clients and references: your firm name and logo.
Can we resell it?
No. A firm licenses it for its own use.
What does the attorney approval step do?
A packet cannot be marked ready until an attorney approves it. Each approval is recorded.
Is our client data kept apart from other firms?
Yes. Each firm has its own space and other firms cannot see it. Access by Desk Technologies, Inc. staff is limited and logged.
What does it cost?
We go over pricing on the demo call.
Can we try it with real clients now?
Not yet. This preview uses made-up data only. Please do not enter real client information.
